I have agreed to call this a journal, not a blog, for the sake of my friend Charity who is a blog-hater.  I started this journal mainly because I love the idea of keeping a record of these precious days with my new family.  I am a California girl transplanted into the Northwest and trying my hardest to fit in before my neighbors realize I’m one of those Californians infesting their green country.  I have A LOT of friends who are future mothers and I’m hoping some of this can be a help when it’s their turn to be born into motherhood.  This are just a little peek into the Harris family window!
